Kirk is NESol’s most outstanding employee for 2015. Kirk is trained in electrical engineering and project management. He has been with the organization for more than 24 years in several capacities. Kirk moved up the ranks from Construction Clerk to Construction Supervisor then to Project Engineer. As Project Engineer he has played a critical role in the administration of House Wiring contracts,
Poleline construction and the execution of NESol’s Lighting Ceremonies. Kirk is a dynamic and multifaceted manager. He is the Chairman (acting) for the Board of Trustees for the NESol’s Pension Scheme and also the Chief Union Delegate for the Union of Technical Administrative and Supervisory Personnel (UTASP). Kirk is a champion for staff upward mobility and a passionate advocate for good corporate governance.
